MRI

I meant to post this after the MRI, but my MIL's computer is messed up and it wouldn't let me log on to the internet.

We arrived to Radiology at 6:15 on Friday. Only to wait... with a cranky/hungry baby. We were the 1st appointment though so once we got down to the MRI area it pretty much flew by! We met the nurses in the basement (that's where the MRI machine is) and they scrambled around to find me some Simply Thick... yes, I left her thickner for her bottles at home on accident! And, that's not something you can go get at Walgreen's or Wal-Mart.

Anyway... she went through a pre-screening with the Anesthesiologist and the Nurse Anesthetist. They were asking us all kinds of questions like... when she gets really mad and is screaming does she turn blue? Ummmm... she doesn't cry like that so I don't know! They were amazed at what a good baby she is. I think everyone is amazed at what a good baby she is! After that we put a little robe on her and carried her back to the prep table. This is where they put her to sleep. And, this was the only time I cried. I think it was leaving her and just feeling so bad for her at having to go through that! She started crying when they put this cold gel on her to prep her skin for some probes they needed to hook her up to. SHE.DID.NOT.LIKE.THAT. And, that's when Momma lost it! I can only imagine what it's going to be like come surgery time! UGH! It took quite a while (almost 2 hours) to do the MRI on her spine and Omphalocele. But, the tech told me he got some really good pictures of everything.

We brought back 3 of our neices! They were begging to come and stay with us! They are 10, 11 and 12. Britt is going to take them to a Lady Razorback Basketball game tonight. They will like that!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas! I will post on our Christmas next!

Hi Tiffany! I can just imagine how hard it must be to be in this situation! But as you already know, it's what's best! Thinking of you!!

I just wanted to let you know that I am interested in those UGG boots http://picasaweb.google.com/tmorr017/UGGBoots#5263893095667705058, these ones to be exact. What are my payment options? And am I able to since I am in Canada?

Let me know and I am in no rush, no need to respond to this right away as I know your kids are your number one priority right now...

Hey Amanda! It's SO good to hear from you! I can get the boots anytime you need them! The only difference would be the shipping costs. Normally I don't charge for here in the US, but I will need to if I'm shipping to Canada. That would be an additional $25.00. Just let me know when you would like to order them. Also, my e-mail is Tiffany.Morris@att.net
