The closet tragedy!

I was looking around in my closet the other day. My dress clothes are dwindling! That makes me sad in once sense and in another I'm happy because I have the opportunity to stay home with my children. It's just funny how things change after you have kids.

Before I had children and while I was still working:

-I always shopped at Express for my clothes and always wore dress clothes with heels!
-I always had my nails done and got a pedicure on a regular basis!
-I always had my hair "done" with highlights and color every 6 weeks!
-I always got a massage!
-I always got a facial!

After I had kids and when I stopped working:

-I always make sure to wear something comfortable everyday!
-I'm letting my hair grow out to it's natural color... I hadn't seen natural in over 10 years!
-I still get it cut... maybe not every 6 weeks, but it gets trimmed!
-I don't get my nails done!
-I rarely get pedicures!
-Massages are something I dream about!
-Facials happen maybe once every other year!
-Jeans are my new "dress pant" in my closet!
-My heels are slowly dwindling and they hurt to wear them anymore!

I guess I tend to buy a LOT more for my kids. Those luxuries are something I can live without....for now! :)

Hugs - Tiffany

I'm the exact same way :) Dressing up for work is jeans and the minute I get home I'm in pajama pants!
