This is the week we will be taking Blair to St. Louis to meet with a new surgeon. I'm so glad it's finally here. I have so many questions and a few concerns that I've noticed.
I cannot believe next week is Thanksgiving! UGH... That means Christmas shopping. I should of started a long time ago, but I'm a procrastinator! :) I always put it off until the last minute. But, I will get it done in one day! At least I did last year!
We have worked out a schedule this year for the Holiday's. Having to travel 3 hours can make it difficult. You want to be there for everyone, but sometimes it just doesn't work out. For Thanksgiving we will be staying here with my family. My cousin will be in town. I haven't seen him in about 10 years since he lives in MN. My aunt will be having Thanksgiving dinner at her house. Then, the day after Thanksgiving we will head down to Cabot to spend time with Britt's family.
Christmas we are doing a brunch at our house and having my family over. We will leave after that and spend Christmas afternoon/evening with Britt's family and the rest of that weekend.
It's the best thing I could work out to fit everyone in so that's the plan. And if it works out this year then we will probably continue to do this every year.
Well, I better get back to cooking some lunch for the kids.

Sounds like you've got it all figured out! I don't even have a clue what my family is doing for Thanksgiving, let alone Christmas! We're not very good planners.

I think we are headed to visit both my parents and my in-laws for Thanksgiving...we haven't done that in 5 years. People have come to US the last 5 years. We have gotten spoiled. This year it isn't working out for them to come here, so we are hitting both places. Should be crazy and fun.
